Our Client, a well-reputed Cosmetic Pharmaceutical Company from US, are looking for C-Suite Candidate for the position of Regional Chief Executive Officer with strong background in FMCG basing in Hong Kong, in-charge for China and Southeast Asia reporting to Group CEO.

  • Develop strategic plans to advance the Group's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
  • Plan, develop, and implement short-term & long-term strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company
  • Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures in congruence with the Global Policies and procedures 
  • Set, develop, and execute the Annual Business Plan by providing leadership & strategic direction for sales maximization within the Region
  • Prepare, monitor and control the Annual Business Development Budget in line with Business Plan to ensure delivery of cost effective results
  • Work with the Global CEO and the other executive team members to identify and develop strategic alliances, communicate with Board of Directors (BoDs), and close/ grow major customer accounts 
  • Participate in the decision making process to propose strategy, monitor progress and ensure implementation of actions arising


  • Ensure achievement of Sales Volume and Revenue Targets, in line with the Business Plan Objectives
  • Analyze sales statistics and market data to help the team determine customer needs/ preferences, sales volume potential, inventory requirements, product pricing and delivery schedules that will meet company goals
  • Control & monitor the operation of the sales and marketing teams 
  • Develop and ensure implementation of System & Procedures so that customers are valued and long-term relationships are secured
  • Liaise with the Global marketing team and have implemented special sales promotions and other business initiatives in order to meet profitable volume objectives 
  • Lead and ensure the development of innovative, sales-driving campaigns, events, promotions, and incentives that create excitement for customers and partners and builds brand equity while optimizing business ROI
  • Develop strategic brand direction and consistent presentation of the company's brands across all channels of distribution
  • Integrate consumer, product, and competitive insights with marketing best practices to define integrated and channel-specific campaigns
  • Determine optimal channel strategies to deliver messaging to target customers in a way that maximizes awareness and intent to purchase
  • Supervise department Heads to control product advertising services and - Point of Sales- materials


  • Ensure the management and control of all fiscal activities for the organization
  • Develop and monitor strategic plans for ensuring long-term financial viability of the organization
  • Assure an effective fund development program
  • Participate in developing new businesses andin identifying new funding opportunities and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery
  • Ensure programmatic success and compliance with all contractual and programmatic requirements
  • Ensure development and maintenance of systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
  • Oversee activities of independent and internal auditors
  • Ensure oversight of all Financial and Legal related matters of the organization


  • Promote a performance driven progressive culture that reflects organization's values and encourages good performance and reward high productivity
  • Collaborate with Global team (Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance)
  • Increase employee and consumer loyalty towards the company by ensuring consistently timely implementation of all the plans, programs/ activities in order to maximize the profitability, brand credibility and sales volume
  • Broad and deep understanding of markets, competitor activity and consumer behavior in an FMCG context, especially the defined markets
  • Experience in personal care/ oral care categories is highly advantageous
  • Ability to craft business strategies and implement them successfully, while managing the associated change & people processes to deliver the targeted business results
  • A successful experience in similar positions of leadership & accountability, with the ability to motivate & coach teams
  • Balanced yet strong first hand exposure to premium marketing, sales and business operations
